Every time a user accesses our website, we automatically collect and store data that your browser transmits to us and that is technically necessary for us to inform you about our website and to guarantee its stability and security (legal basis for this Art. 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO).

Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

Name and URL of the retrieved file as well as transferred amount of data,

Website from which you access our site.

When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data processed for this purpose in accordance with the legal requirements, insofar as the storage is no longer required, or restrict the processing insofar as statutory storage requirements exist.

4. YouTube-Videos

We implemented YouTube videos in our website, which are stored on https://www.youtube.com/ and are directly playable. These are all included in the “extended privacy mode” – meaning that no transfer of personal data of the user is transferred to YouTube if you are not playing the videos. Only when you play a video, the data mentioned in the following paragraph will be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.

 

By visiting the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data referred to under “Visiting the Website and Purpose of Data Use” of this declaration will be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to, or if there is no user account. When you’re logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to associate with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for purposes of advertising, market research and / or custom design of its website. Such an evaluation is done in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide appropriate advertising and to inform other users of the social network about their activities on our website. You have a right to object to the creation of these User Profiles, and you must be directed to YouTube to use them.

7. Social Media Plugins

We deliberately decide against the use of social media plugins. This means that when you visit our website, there is no automatic transmission of your user data to the social network servers such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or similar.

 

Instead of the social media plugins we have decided on mere hyperlinks, so that your personal data is not passed on in advance to the social media services.
